Whew. Okay, so unzipped the file is a whopping 190-something MB in size (I know!), is 159,026 Simoleans and will probably try to choke ever lovin’ soul out of even the toughest computers. I really don’t know if it’s even playable but as you know by now it’s something I’ve been wanting to do since forever. AND NOW IT’S FINISHED HOLY SHIT. Once again there is NO custom content from any paysite. NONE. The only piece of CC that gave me pause was the little drafting table in the den. It’s by Monica, an FA at TSR now but once upon a time she had her own free site called the Design Loft and that’s where I got her drafting table. She was a member at TSR at the time and I can only guess that that’s why it says “by Monica at TSR” in Clean Installer. I did NOT download it from there or the booty. Absolute sincere thanks goes to all the free creators that provided all of this wonderful custom content for goofballs like me to obsess over.

Oh no you didn’t offend me I just got worried for a second because a lot of the CC’s terms state not to upload to the Exchange. I’m glad you got it working!

Oh, bad news.. it kinds stuffed my game, so I had to delete the ACTUAL house, buut, I a still have the cc (Which is why I downloaded) Where would one obtain the meshes for the ‘Dont Close Me’ doors and windows? I’ll look around your site.

The sofa is the Opera sofa by blakeboy at MTS but it uses the repository technique and the recolors are tied to his Annie modular sofa. If you could list or send me screenshots of which things are blue I could help more.

Hi, thanks! I found all meshes on “modthesims”. Unfortunatelly now my pc is turning to a blue screen and reseting everytime I start to play. I think there’s too much CC on my Downloads file :) Would you have an unfurnished version of this house?

I happened across your site as I was looking at some fan sites on Bewitched. Since you do seem obsessed with the house on Bewitched I thought you might be curious to know this.

Hey, I want a Sims 3 version too. I even did one, just the structure, but roofs are different. It’s too hard to make a roof on Sims 3. I’ll give another try with the new expasion, it seems there are new adjustments.
Nway, if Gracie moved to Sims 3 I can send it to her and she can make the final adjustments and decorations, and all other great things she knows how to do!

@PugFreek & Jessaline: Hi guys! I do have Sims 3 but I really haven’t messed with it much and don’t think I could build a house that complicated with it. I may get the expansion(s?) and see if that makes building any easier but if anybody else gets to it first that would be great and please send me a link so I can download it and put it in my game as well!

just stumbled upon all you have built here..i am Obsessed too and Watching Bewitched at the moment..i have been building in sims 3 since it came out and i find it easier than 2 as oppossed to harder..although i am unsure if i could make as Amazing home as this for sims 3..you Really Nailed the house!!!
i dont have ambitions but i have the rest and am patched up..the patch gives you more building options..
..you did an Incredible job on the home..

do you know the names of ALL the paintings used in their home and in Darrin and Larrys office? if i had a list of them i would be happy to make them all for sims 3 and upload them to TSR and/or GOS…

finished looking at all your pics on flickr ..WOWZA!! you should receive an Award for this lot!! i have seen just about every lot created since sims 1 and this is Def in my Top Five of all Time!!
